Paul - General Manager
Paul was born in Poland; he moved to the United States in 2001. Over the course of his career, he has worked with multiple dental practices. At one point, he served as a Directir of Operations for Dr. Dental for the CT region; this involved managing a number of dental practices and maintaining partnerships with various dentists. He is very passionate when it comes to leadership. As the general manager of Dolan Dental Group, he is happy for the opportunity to lead such a great team.
Outside of the office, he likes to travel and enjoys wine as well as espresso.
Melissa - Dental Hygienist
Melissa has been a part of the Dolan Dental Group family since June 2015. She is a graduate of Bridgeport University where she was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
When her husband was deployed to Afghanistan in 2012, she occupied her time as a volunteer EMT. She has been blessed with a beautiful family; her husband, two children, and beloved German shepherd Justice. To Melissa, family time is the best time. She enjoys walking, playing in the backyard, and relaxing by the fire pit while enjoying the company of family and friends.
Denae - Dental Hygienist
Claudenae (aka Denae) is an alumna of the University of Connecticut and Tunxis Community College where she received a Bachelors in Allied Health Sciences and an Associates in Dental Hygiene, respectively. She is passionate about oral health and its relation to overall health.
When she is not at work educating patients on the value of oral health, she is spending time at home or traveling with her husband.
Stephanie - Dental Hygienist
Stephanie obtained her hygiene degree from Westbrook College in Portland, ME. In 2008, she obtained her certification to administer local anesthesia. Her focus is to provide the most current dental knowledge to patients so they can make the healthiest choices for their dental well-being. She views her patients as an extension of her family and only wants the best for them!
Outside the dental office, she looks for any reason to be active with her husband and two daughters such as hiking, gardening, traveling, cycling, and Bikram yoga, which all help to balance out her other passion: baking!
Tina - Dental Assistant
Tina has been working as a dental assistant for over 22 years so far, and Dolan Dental Group became her new dental home in 2017. Today, she can say that she absolutely loves her job and that seeing patients leave with a smile every day is her biggest reward.
Tina has two sons named Larry and Jaden, as well as a sweet little granddaughter named Aubrey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and watching movies.
Mara - Dental Assistant
Mara studied at Tunxis Community College and also worked an internship/externship at the UCONN Health Center. Today, she is still constantly working towards more knowledge and experience in the dental field! As one of our assistants, she thinks there’s nothing more gratifying than being able to educate patients and help them overcome their dental fears, all while having fun and making them laugh too.
Outside of work, Mara loves doing anything that involves her family and friends. Family is what matters most to her, and since she’s Italian, there’s always a full house to come home to. Her other hobbies include laughing, cooking, and spending quality time by the pool in the summer.
Diane - Administration Team
Diane was a part of Dolan Dental Group for over 32 years, starting out as an assistant before switching over to the front desk two full decades ago. She was our talented financial/insurance coordinator and did a great job of helping patients navigate their payment options. Now, she is happily retired and spending time with her family.
Diane has two wonderful children and one amazing granddaughter who are all currently living in the Wethersfield area. She also has a Maine Coon named Lulabelle and hopes to adopt another cat in the near year. When she has free time outside of work, she enjoys reading, visiting the beach in all seasons, and hanging out with her granddaughter.
